General Farm Supervisor beginning June 2026 on sweet cherry farm. ***ONLY application forms submitted on our website will be considered*** Kalwood Farms is a cherry farm located in Oyama, BC between Kalamalka and Wood Lakes. A second location is in Silver Creek, BC. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in farm setting, supervising 20+ workers Valid Drivers Licence Physically fit Detail oriented for harvesting or preparing cherries for market Strong communication skills Demonstrate a productive and positive attitude. Able to train staff in job duties. Must be Canadian citizen or possess a valid work permit Job Components may include Supervising and co-ordinating activities of General Farm workers in completion of the following tasks: Planting, fertilizing, cultivating, pruning, spraying, irrigating and harvesting Operating and maintaining farm equipment Examining produce for quality and preparing for market Ensure farm safety procedures are followed. May also complete tasks alongside workers.
