What You''ll Do: Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more) Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services Offer technical support for Internet Banking services Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments What We''re Looking For: High school diploma with 13 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience Strong communication and active listening skills A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with a financial institution is an asset Bilingualism is considered an asset Work Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $23.43/hr.
