Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead and oversee our landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction. This role involves supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Landscape Supervisor will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing landscape projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional recommendations Manage project schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth execution of landscaping tasks Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Train and mentor team members on horticultural practices, safety procedures, and construction techniques Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship Assist in the planning and design of landscape projects when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in supervising landscaping or construction teams with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and horticulture principles Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and horticultural practices Familiarity with construction processes related to landscape projects Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Prior supervisory experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
