As we continue to grow, we''re looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and leadership on-site. The Role As our Administrative Assistant, you''ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while also supporting senior leadership with select executive-level tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being a reliable point of support for both clients and internal teams. This is an on-site position and requires a strong in-office presence. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Greet clients and visitors and act as a professional first point of contact Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Maintain office organization, supplies, and shared resources Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation Support document preparation, filing, and record management Assist with internal processes, forms, and basic data entry Executive & Leadership Support Provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed Assist with travel planning and arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) Help coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups Prepare basic reports, presentations, or correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Client & Team Coordination Assist with client onboarding logistics and administrative follow-ups Support internal teams with scheduling, coordination, and task tracking Help ensure smooth communication between departments What We''re Looking For 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or executive assistantstyle role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, document management tools) Professional, proactive, and dependable Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment Experience in a professional services environment (accounting, finance, legal, or consulting) is considered an asset but not required.
