As a Service Assistant, you''ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. Work Location: Fort McMurray, AB Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 annually. Work Arrangement: Fixed on site working 5 days per week from the office. Schedule: Monday to Friday. What You''ll Do Open, maintain, and close work orders in eXtend and SAP systems. Prepare documentation and ensure proper classification (warranty, cost of repair, etc.). Maintain constant communication with customer representatives for approvals and documentation. Review and reconcile daily timecards, ensuring accuracy for payroll and invoicing. Prepare quotes, maintain files, and assist with reporting and document control. Provide receptionist coverage and cross-training support as needed. Enter service report data into SAP, create activity reports, and update spreadsheets for customer needs. What You Bring The ideal candidate will have high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced industrial or customer service environment. Additional qualifications include: Diploma in Business or Office Administration is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, CDMS, ARIBA) is considered an asset. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
