Overview The Property Prep & Maintenance Coordinator is a hands-on role focused on preparing homes for sale and supporting our listing operations from start to finish. This position involves moving and installing staging furniture, completing minor repairs and cosmetic improvements, assisting with cleanups, and ensuring properties are market-ready before launch. You''ll also support warehouse organization, inventory management, and listing turnovers. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working independently across multiple properties while representing our team with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Moving, placing, and loading/unloading staging furniture and dcor Painting, patchwork, and minor cosmetic repairs Hanging artwork, mirrors, shelving, and light fixtures Assisting with property cleanups, junk removal, and basic lawn/snow maintenance Furniture assembly and light handyman tasks Cleaning support before listings go live Organizing, maintaining, and tracking staging inventory in our warehouse General on-site support for listing preparation and turnovers Qualifications Full G license with clean driving record. Ability to drive a van and tow a small trailer Comfortable with hands-on, physical work including lifting, moving, and carrying items up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Basic handyman skills, including painting, patchwork, minor repairs, and furniture assembly Experience using common hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to follow instructions while also working independently and problem-solving on site Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently across multiple properties Experience in property maintenance, construction, staging, cleaning, moving, landscaping, or similar fields is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 40 per week Ability to commute/relocate: Peterborough, ON K9H 2L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
