Company Overview We are a manufacturing company looking for a dependable Shop Helper to support our production operations. The majority of this role involves working on the assembly line and assisting with daytoday shop activities. Summary The Shop Helper will work closely with the production and assembly team. This position requires someone who is handson, comfortable working with tools, and able to follow instructions in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Work on the assembly line to assist with manufacturing and production tasks Assemble components using hand and power tools Assist technicians and assembly staff during production Load, unload, and move materials and parts within the shop Keep the shop and assembly areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with local pickups and deliveries as required Follow safety rules, work instructions, and company procedures Perform other general shop duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is an asset Familiar with basic hand and power tools and knows how to use them safely Mechanically inclined and willing to learn Physically able to perform assembly and shop work Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Valid driver''s license required Ability to operate a lift truck (forklift) is an advantage Eager to contribute your skills in a dynamic manufacturing setting?
