Job description: Regency Lexus of Regency Auto is currently seeking energetic and friendly Delivery & Lot Specialists to join their award-winning sales team. As a Delivery / Lot Specialist, you play a pivotal role in introducing our guests to their new vehicles, while providing memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will work full-time, 5 days a week (may include weekends and closing shifts) and will be stationed at either the Regency Lexus Vancouver Showroom (2288 Burrard Street) and the new Regency Lexus Burnaby Studio (4636 Kingsway). DUTIES: Assist with new and used vehicle setup, including inspection prior to delivery Maintain cleanliness of lot, wash bay & shop Re locate vehicle when necessary Present features and technology of new and used vehicles to guests Follow up with guests for any post delivery vehicle questions Coordinate deliveries with our other departments Provide additional deities as instructed by management team Complete administrative tasks related to deliveries and vehicle drop-offs Keep up to date with the latest technology Maintain Regency Lexus''s standards for providing high quality guest experiences Provide valet pick up and drop-off vechicle between our sales department, EV studio and service departments Provide basic detailing and vehicle preparation when required QUALIFICATIONS: Vaild Class 5 Driver''s License Clean driving record Strong organizational skills & ability to work efficiently in a fast - paced environment Be self-motivated Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent teamwork and communication skills Must be tech-savvy Must be available to work on weekends and closing shifts when needed Fluent in English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin/ other language is an asset) ABOUT THE COMPANY: Regency Auto is a family-owned automotive group (consisting of Regency Lexus and Regency Toyota) that has been providing full-service automotive experiences for over 40 years in British Columbia.
