Job Title: Aluminum Dock Welder Location: Lindsay, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Dock Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding aluminum structures, specifically in the fabrication and repair of docks and marine-related components. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform aluminum welding and fabrication for docks and related structures. Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. Ensure high-quality welds by following industry standards and company specifications. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure structural integrity. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Troubleshoot and repair existing dock structures as needed. Keep up to date with welding techniques and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in aluminum welding, preferably in a marine or dock environment. Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid welding certification is an asset. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
