Lead Carpenter Roseview Developments Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead Carpenter to support residential construction in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. This role involves both exterior and interior carpentry. Experience with ICF construction is considered an asset. The Lead Carpenter will act as the primary construction lead for our housing development. Pay $20-245 per hour, depending on experience. Work Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs. Lead daily on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Ensure all work meets building codes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe worksite. Support junior carpenters or labourers when required. Assist with ICF-related tasks if experienced. Qualifications 1 or more years of residential carpentry experience. Strong skills in both interior and exterior construction. Experience with ICF is considered an asset. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation. About Roseview Developments Inc.
