Job Summary Willow Tree Wellness & Psychotherapy (Pickering, ON) is a private practice specializing in compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and families. We''re seeking a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our growing team on a part-time, contract basis. *MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IN PERSON IN PICKERING*. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services primarily to children and teens (adult clients optional but welcome) Conduct assessments, intakes, individual sessions, and parent consults Develop individualized care plans with children and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Jane EMR, in line with OCSWSSW requirements Collaborate with the clinic owner and colleagues on best practices and resources Participate in optional peer consultation and professional development opportunities Experience Master''s level Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) in good standing with OCSWSSW Experience supporting children and teens (placements, practicums, or related roles welcome) Must be comfortable and have experience working with young children Compassionate, creative, and client-centered therapeutic approach Adult therapy experience is an asset, but not required Family therapy experience is an asset, but not required Comfortable using Jane EMR and basic tech (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams telehealth platforms) What We Offer Competitive compensation: (flat-rate per session). Rates vary slightly based on session length (40/50/60 mins). Family therapy experience is an asset (not required) and compensated accordingly. The clinician keeps 60% . A 60 minute family session is $175 ($105 to clinician). Flexible scheduling: typically 3 shifts per week (weekday evening + a weekend day), finalized with clinic Available Shifts Monday: 7:45am1:45pm or 1:50pm5:50pm Tuesday: 7:45am11:45am Wednesday: 7:45am11:45am Thursday: 7:45am11:45am Friday: 2:00pm8:00pm or 6:00pm8:15pm Saturday: 8:00am1:45pm (most important to fill) Immediate referrals from a steady flow of client inquiries (waitlist anticipated) Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, Jane EMR) Beautiful office space in Pickering with free parking and nearby transit Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $105.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Application question(s): Do you have experience working with children as a therapist?
