We are currently seeking a talented skilled trades professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a skilled individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, tackling a variety of tasks with expertise and finesse. A valid, clean G license is a must Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, demo, drywall, painting, general and finishing work to support various project phases. Picking up materials, laying floor protection, performing other general labour duties as needed Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and office staff to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges with innovative solutions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards. Communicating with other trades on site to ensure that the job is done to the highest standard. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in construction projects Experience in residential construction High work ethic Ability to read drawings Strong computer skills Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
