This position reports to the Director, Ancillary Services and works with Food Service Supervisors, Leads Coordinators and Staff to oversee the day-to-day operation(s) of two cafeterias and catering at the Nanaimo Campus. Manager Food Services Operations is responsible for providing leadership to the Food Services Team while engaging in strategic planning, organizing, directing, controlling expenses, and the ongoing evaluation of operations.
