If you are committed to providing exceptional customer service and want to join a team that shares this common goal, Delta is presently seeking a Guest Service Agent What you will be doing: Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent will work closely with their team to provide courteous and professional service to guests during their stay. As Guest Services Agent, you''ll get to: create a positive guest experience by providing courteous and professional service to guests who are checking in or out of the facility while offering exceptional service to guest during their stay; processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests and secure payment for all guestrooms and amenities; securing payment for all guestrooms and amenities and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change; communicating guests'' needs to all appropriate departments; coordinating with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns; running and checking daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to guests'' satisfaction; The ideal candidate will be/have: Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a front-line customer service environment Has previous guest experience / front Desk experience is a strong asset Has a positive attitude with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service Ability to process all guest check-ins and check-outs answer and accurately record guest calls, requests, and questions What''s in it for you: Access to our employee development/education reimbursement program.
