Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, demonstrating product features, and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. This role offers an engaging environment where communication skills and sales expertise are essential to drive store success and enhance the shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicles needs Conduct Vehicle Walkarounds to highlight features and benefits Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards, including taking photos and vehicle cleanliness Conduct Test Drives with customers Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist in inventory management, including labelling vehicles with Stock Numbers, etc. Supervise or mentor new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially within Car Dealerships Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Bilingual skills are advantageous to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail calculations Previous experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not required This position provides an opportunity to develop sales expertise within a vibrant retail setting while delivering outstanding customer service.
