Job Overview Are you the right fit for Oedogon? We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead our reporting and data strategy in Welland. We don''t just need someone to manage a team; we need someone who can architect the way we see our data. Q: What is the primary focus of this role? A: You''ll be overseeing the entire BI lifecyclefrom raw data ingestion to executive-level dashboarding. You will lead a small, high-impact team of analysts to ensure our business units have real-time, actionable insights. Q: What technical ''must-haves'' are you looking for? A: You need to be an expert in Alteryx for data prep and have a master-level command of SQL. We primarily use Tableau for visualization, so deep experience there is required. Q: Are there specific certifications required? A: While a degree in Stats or CS is expected, we will give significant preference to candidates holding a CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional) designation or similar advanced BI credentials. Q: What is the experience level for this position? A: This is a management-tier role. We are looking for 8+ years in the BI space, with at least 3 years specifically in a people-management or project-lead capacity.
