Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Property Inspector to join our team. The Property Inspector will be responsible for clear communication and accurate reporting of assigned inspection per property emailed promptly as each property is observed. This role requires Alberta licensed driver with a proper operating vehicle to travel to properties for observation and reporting Phone device to take photos of exterior of properties including house and other buildings on the property Vision to inspect exterior and take photos of what is seen Speak and write and text in English language Inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for quality control purposes. Work is casual and can inspections could cease at any moment on any day If this occurs and minimal notice is given for cancellation of a property inspection at anytime even when scheduled pay won''t be given. To be paid the property must have been attended when assigned with proof of photo of exterior, visual account of property and house . Information from inspection emailed back with photo attached along with date and time of inspection. Job Type: Freelance Pay: $90.00 per month Work Location: In person
