Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Laundry supervisor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other laundry items to ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are valued. Manage a small team, ensure quality standards. Report to operations manager. Duties Operate laundry machines including washers and dryers, ensuring proper load sizes and settings Sort, fold, and organize clean linens, towels, and uniforms for distribution Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including cleaning machines and workspaces regularly Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and laundry equipment Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and report shortages as needed Ensure timely processing of laundry to meet operational demands Adhere to hygiene standards and quality control procedures to maintain guest satisfaction Experience Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Familiarity with laundry operations or cleaning services is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Prior experience in hotel or laundry services will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
