What Youll Be Working On Build & Ship EndtoEnd Features: Design, develop, and maintain fullstack featuresincluding RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive, userfriendly frontend componentsusing Python/Django and TypeScript/React. Develop Scalable Backend Services: Build and evolve backend systems that handle business logic, data storage, and integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Create HighQuality Frontend Experiences: Implement reusable, accessible, and performant UI components in React. Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences. Design & Optimize Database Schemas: Contribute to the design of our database models and write efficient, secure queries, ensuring performance and integrity of the data layer. Champion Code Quality: Ensure you and other team members are contributing clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code that is easy to maintain and extend, aligning with our technical strategy and coding standards. Strengthen System Architecture: Provide leadership in the technical output of your team and ensure technical designs follow appropriate design patterns, are architecturally sound, and adhere to secure coding practices. Ensure System Reliability: Enable observability and monitoring of relevant system behavior in the areas of the application owned by your team, using the data collected to propose improvements to application performance and stability. Tech Stack: Application: Python/Django, TypeScript/React; Cloud: AWS; Infrastructure & Containers: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform; Databases: MySQL; CI/CD: CircleCI. Who Were Looking For Full Stack Experience: 5+ years of professional experience across both frontend and backend systems, preferably in a SaaS environment. AI & ML: Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases (Databricks/pgVector), and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Google ADK, or similar). Python Proficiency: Strong experience building and maintaining applications using Python and a major web framework (we use Django). React: Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including componentbased architecture and state management. Agile & Collaborative: Experience working with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles; you thrive in a team environment. Base Salary Range: $122,000$152,000 CAD (dependent on experience; not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity).
