Experience working with LIMS platforms in pharmaceutical or other regulated environments. Prior experience supporting major system upgrades or implementations (LIMS preferred). Strong solution architecture experience, including system design, integrations, and endtoend technical oversight. Experience bridging functional business needs with technical execution. Handson experience with SQL Server and database administration concepts. Experience designing and supporting system integrations and data flows. Working knowledge of security, data management, and compliance principles. Familiarity with GxPregulated systems. Handson technical mindset with the ability to assess, design, and guide implementation activities. Nice to Have Skills & Experience LabWare LIMS experience, particularly supporting an upgrade. Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or lab environments. Exposure to validated environments and enterprise application ecosystems. Experience supporting complex cutover and data migration efforts. Exposure to SAP, QMS, MES, or other enterprise systems. Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure) in regulated environments. light project delivery or coordination experience. C or Clike programming experience for LIMS customizations. Job Description Insight Global is looking for a LIMS Solution Architect to support a critical upgrade to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. In this role, youll take the lead on the handson technical architecture workfrom system assessment and solution design to integrations and cutover planningfor a missioncritical platform supporting lab operations, quality, and manufacturing. Youll act as the technical bridge between internal lab, quality, application, and IT teams, as well as external implementation partners. A big part of this role is ensuring that the upgraded solution is scalable, secure, and fully compliant with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, while aligning technical decisions with both business and functional needs. This is a true technical architecture role, not a project management position.
