Your Responsibilities Own and execute the multi-year digital roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans while balancing member needs, business goals, and partner commitments. Champion membercentric enhancements, integrating analytics and feedback to improve UI/UX, personalization, and engagement across all digital touchpoints. Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners, aligning campaigns, MarTech capabilities, and product execution to enterprise objectives. Manage vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for timelines, budgets, SLAs, and delivery standards while resolving challenges with influence and diplomacy. Define KPIs, monitor performance, anticipate risks, and lead your team with mentorship, coaching, and proactive communication. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, product delivery, or digital execution within complex ecosystems. Proven leadership in customercentric digital development, Agile/Scrum delivery, and multistakeholder collaboration. Strategic mindset with expertise in UX design, personalization, and digital engagement strategies. Strong project management, analytical, and datadriven decisionmaking skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills, capable of influencing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
