Overview Working as part of a highly collaborative and outcomes-focused delivery organization, the Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise-grade deployments across the Bravura Security Fabric. Acting as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor, the Solution Architect partners with internal teams and customer stakeholders to translate business and security requirements into scalable solution architectures. In this role, you will guide customers through every phase of the implementation lifecycleassessing needs, defining solution designs, overseeing deployment, and ensuring successful adoption of Bravura Security technologies. Leveraging deep cybersecurity and identity expertise, you will articulate best practices, mitigate technical risks, and ensure each deployment aligns to the customers broader Identity Security roadmap. As a trusted technical advisor, you drive project success by bridging complex technical concepts with clear communication, helping customers realize the full value of the Bravura Security Fabric. Responsibilities Business Process Discovery: Discover and analyze existing customer business processes and security workflows, advising on Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices that align with Bravura Security standards Road mapping: Work with customers to define a clear roadmap for a mature Identity Security practice, identifying phased milestones that maximize customer value and adoption at every stage Solution Architecture: Translate business, security, and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures leveraging the Bravura Security Fabric across a wide range of systems and platforms Implementation Planning: Plan and document implementation phases, including scope, dependencies, and timelines, based on the agreed roadmap and overall project objectives Technical Leadership: Lead the project team in implementing required functionality, providing hands-on technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the approved solution design and statement of work Policy & Logic Implementation: Codify business policies and access rules as script logic or configuration within Bravura Security solutions and related components System Integrations: Design and implement integrations between the Bravura Security Fabric and existing customer systems and applications (e.g., directories, ticketing systems, HR systems, target applications) Data Mapping & Automation: Map data between systems and automate data flows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely synchronization across the IAM ecosystem Customer Partnership: Work directly with customer stakeholders, both technical and business, to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption of IAM best practices Professional Services Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other Professional Services team members, including Solution Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers, to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions Internal Collaboration: Partner with Support, R&D, and Customer Success teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during implementations Sales & Pre-Sales Alignment: Work with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to understand customer context, ensure solution feasibility, and provide implementation insight for proposed engagements Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience : 5+ years of full-time experience managing enterprise-scale systems and/or implementing complex applications, ideally in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) space Proven Track Record : Delivering projects from end to end, including scoping, planning, design, documentation, implementation, and transition to operations Technical Expertise Directory Services : Experience with enterprise directory services (Active Directory/Entra ID/Okta) Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP) Systems : Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows systems Scripting & Automation : Experience with scripting or programming (Python preferred) to automate tasks or extend solution capabilities is a plus Databases : Solid understanding of SQL and working experience with relational databases Networking : Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (e.g., firewalls, routing, DNS, load balancing) ITSM & SIEM : Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Security Information/Event Management (SIEM) systems Tool Proficiency : Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies, including enterprise IT and security tools, directory services, ticketing/collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365 for documentation and project collateral Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Teamwork & Independence : Ability to work independently and in a team, with initiative and reliability in a remote or distributed environment Adaptability : Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and products in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape Travel : Willingness to travel as needed ( Certifications : CISSP or equivalent security certification is a strong plus Experience (Consulting) : 3+ years of full-time experience in a customer-facing consulting role AI & Integrations : Hands-on experience with LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok and experience integrating via MCP into various systems and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
