The Opportunity TuxMat is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations and provide strong, reliable financial insight to the leadership team. This role is responsible for strengthening reporting and controls, building disciplined financial processes, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment. What Youll Be Accountable For: Financial Leadership & Strategy Provide strategic financial leadership and decision support to the CEO and COO Partner with leadership on financial planning, hiring decisions, capital investments, and risk management Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight to support fast, informed decisionmaking. Reporting, Forecasting & Controls Own end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Lead a timely, accurate monthly close process with clear variance analysis Ensure the integrity of financial statements and compliance with applicable accounting standards Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance as the business continues to scale Operational & Manufacturing Finance Deliver cost, margin, and workingcapital analysis to support operational efficiency Partner closely with operations and supply chain to support cost discipline and efficiency initiatives Support cashflow management and workingcapital optimization in a growing operating environment Team & Stakeholder Leadership Build, develop, and lead highperforming finance team, with oversight of accounting and bookkeeping Act as primary liaison with external auditors, advisors, banks, and financial institutions Establish finance as a proactive business partner, not a reporting bottleneck What You Bring Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles Strong background in operational and manufacturing finance; cost accounting experience preferred Experience building, scaling or finance functions in an entrepreneurial or highgrowth environment Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting expertise Strong leadership, communication, and crossfunctional partnership skills Comfort operating in environments with evolving systems, processes, and priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
