Head of Operations Laboratoriesand Logistics Strategic Executive Position | Multi-site (Quebec and Ontario) H2Lab is currently seeking an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing operations within a technical, scientific, or regulated environment. The successful candidate will serve as Head of Operations Laboratories and Logistics, overseeing the performance of multi-site operations. RoleDefinition Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of laboratories (chemistry and microbiology) as well as logistics and sample reception activities. You will play a key role in standardizing practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement focused on results. KeyResponsibilities Ensure operational and financial performance across all H2Lab sites (timelines, capacity, quality, efficiency) Quebec and Ontario Lead and engage managers and multi-site teams toward achieving corporate objectives Contribute to budget preparation and ensure compliance Implement corrective actions to meet established goals Collaborate closely with Quality, Customer Service, and Finance teams EducationandExperience Bachelors degree in chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in operations management, ideally in a technical, scientific, or regulated environment Proven experience in multi-site management and continuous improvement RequiredSkills Strong learning and adaptability skills Excellent analytical and prioritization abilities Outstanding communication and change management skills Inspirational leadership with a structured, results-driven approach Innovative and creative problem-solving skills Ability to manage multi-site teams and operations with rigor LanguageRequirements French: Mandatory (spoken and written) English: Advanced (spoken and written) Manager Chief Operating Officer Full-time, permanent 37.5 hours/week with flexible schedule Frequent travel between H2Lab sites (2535% of time) Group insurance (Medical, Dental, LTD, Life, Virtual care, Travel, EAP) Group RRSP Birthday leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
