Compensation ranges from $27.89$32.47 per hour, depending on role type, experience, and schedule. About the Opportunity HealthOPM is recruiting on behalf of a respected Toronto-based non-profit organization that operates a trauma-informed, anti-human trafficking (AHT) live-in treatment program for high-needs youth. As a Child & Youth Worker, you will provide care, supervision, therapeutic support, crisis intervention, safety monitoring, and structured routines within a residential environment. You will collaborate with clinicians, peer support workers, and interdisciplinary team members to support healing, regulation, and long-term stabilization. Location: North York, ON.
