Our client designs and supplies state of the art equipment andelectrical controls for a number of industries that are essential. They offer a broad range of services from design engineering, electricalcontrol systems and automation, upgrades to their clients, field serviceresponse, inspections training and more Job Summary: The ILS Analyst is responsible for contributing to all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support for multiple clients with varied ILSrequirements. Primarily the candidate will be responsible for analyzing Navalreplenishment designs for repairability and cataloguing spare parts inaccordance with contract requirements, maintaining indentured bills of material, performing maintainability assessments and developing technicalpublications as required. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare preventiveand corrective maintenance procedures according to contractualrequirements Develop technicalmanuals for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HEI equipment Review designdocumentation to perform spares analysis and catalogue spares dataaccording to contract requirements. Prepare indenturedbills of material and maintain them throughout the life of the contract Work with the ILSManager to manage compliance of Hepburn manuals with applicable commercialand government/military standards Work with engineersto create maintenance procedures using a systematic approach Prepare reliabilityand maintainability data as required Other duties asassigned Required Qualifications: Demonstratedorganization with capacity to prioritize competing deliverables Must have aMechanical or Electrical aptitude and demonstrated ability to quicklyunderstand and apply technicalconcepts and principles to solveproblems. Demonstrate strongwritten and oral communication in the English language Attention to detailwhen formatting and reviewing technical manuals Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency usingMadcap Flare or Similar XML Authoring Tools Ability toprioritize and manage time on multiple simultaneous projects Ability to workindependently to complete tasks as assigned PreferredQualifications: Mechanical/ElectricalEngineering Technologist or equivalent experience Experiencewith aftermarket support in the defense industry Minimum1-year experience with Technical Manual development or ILS Aftermarket Support Experienceusing Adobe Illustrator Experiencecalculating reliability and maintainability data (MTBF, MTBO, MTTR) Travel Requirements: This is an exciting opportunity to bementored by some of the best engineering minds in Canada.
