Responsibilities: Engage in and support all product documentation creation, management, and updates Create and Maintain Internal Finished Product Specifications. Create and Maintain Internal Ingredient Specifications. Create and Maintain product labels Support allergen policy compliance Support kosher management of ingredients and finished goods Track and monitor progress against established goals and deadlines. R&D Activities may be required Requirements: Must be organized and detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a customer service mind-set required. Bachelor''s Degree Required: Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent. Knowledge in R&D/Quality systems in a Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical company. A minimum of 2 years-experience in R&D, Regulatory and/or Quality or commensurate experience Excellent computer skills with MS Office software, knowledge of specification management systems preferred.
