What Youll Do Manage and process warranty claims with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate with customers to resolve technical inquiries and provide timely updates on warranty status. Maintain detailed records of warranty returns, product performance issues, and customer interactions using spreadsheets and internal systems. Collaborate with operations and product development teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Stay informed on product specifications and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers. Support virtual training sessions for customers on product knowledge and warranty procedures. Assist with market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improved warranty processes. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer service within the automotive industry. Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills to address complex warranty issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone and virtual interactions. High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in Excel and other tracking tools; experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
