Qualifications A BScN with at least 2 years of recent, acute care nursing experience in a medical, surgical, or in a home care or community health environment. Palliative Care/End of Life Care training and/or experience. Wound/Ostomy Care training and/or experience. Equivalent Qualifications Registered Nurse diploma with 4 years of recent acute med/surg and home care or community care experience. Palliative Care/End of Life Care training and/or experience. Wound/Ostomy Care training and/or experience.
