What Youll Be Doing Sales & Market Development Drive sales through inperson store visits, customer engagement, and relationshipbuilding with store associates and managers Travel within your assigned market to visit stores according to designated frequency Have meaningful, datadriven sales conversations with store decisionmakers to increase brand presence Gather inmarket and outofmarket intelligence and provide actionable field insights Merchandising & Brand Visibility Set up and maintain pointofsale materials and product displays Ensure merchandising compliance and grow brand visibility within each store Training & Education Provide handson training to retail associates and managers Facilitate informal, formal, and largescale training sessions Attend and support outofmarket trainings and events as needed Product Demonstrations Conduct live, inperson demonstrations of DeLonghi coffee products 12 times per week Engage customers during hightraffic periods to drive sales and brand awareness Highlight key features, benefits, and quality differences across the product line Help customers find the best product match for their needs Who You Are Youre a motivated selfstarter with a passion for winning. You enjoy working independently, love being on the road, and are comfortable engaging with a wide range of people in public settings. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills Confidence presenting in front of groups (formal or informal) A natural ability to educate customers on value and benefits Enthusiasm thats contagious Sales experience is an assetbut not required.
