Position Overview As a Client Care Representative within the Future Friendly Home (FFH) team, you will be the voice of TELUS' residential and homebased business customers. Working in an established worldclass contact center that offers excellence in postsales support for TELUS products and services, you will provide worldclass customer care in a call center environment to our clients. You will also interpret client requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs, while ensuring excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team and/or transferring appropriately to the responsible department when required. The Client Care call center operates 5 days a week. Shifts are scheduled based on a rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Currently the hours of operation are 9:00AM to 6:15PM PST Monday to Friday. Note: This is a regular parttime position with the potential to be scheduled fulltime hours. Fulltime availability is required, thus this position is not suitable for student scheduling. Language Requirements: You must be fluent in Mandarin; Cantonese is considered an asset. What's in it for YOU?
