Rotate stock and check for expired products. Ensure the merchandise is properly signed and priced. Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sellby dates, and expiration dates. Adhere to food safety and handling procedures and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels. Maintain features. Keep the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
