How You Will Create Impact Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating and making decisions autonomously, to resolve complex bodily injury claims. Contacting claimants, clients, lawyers and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims. Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team. Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement. To Join Our Team You have three years of claims or related business experience. You have a post-secondary degree or diploma. You have a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. You have or will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work. Currently holds or working towards Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is an asset. This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Qubec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members. Salary Information Expected Salary range $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
