What Youll Do Lead strategic and tactical planning across media channels with a focus on results-driven storytelling. Build integrated media plans that blend digital and traditional buysfrom social and programmatic to OOH and print. Monitor performance daily, optimizing with precision and forecasting with confidence. Bring fresh thinking to every briefidentifying new opportunities to deliver value and exceed client expectations. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns. Support client relationships with clear, proactive communication and on-point presentations. Stay ahead of media trends and champion innovation within your team. What You Bring 4+ years in media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels. Proven track record in driving client growth through strategic media approaches. Experience working with diverse audiences; exposure to multicultural markets, including South Asian and Canadian segments, is a plus. Comfortable in performance marketing environmentsGoogle certifications and experience with DV360/Campaign Manager are preferred. Strong communicator confident leading conversations and presenting ideas. Detail-oriented with excellent project management and prioritization skills. Fluent in English.
