This role is intended for a top-performing manager who can operate at a Director level quickly and consistently. This person will be expected to lead client delivery with minimal oversight, coach and develop teams, shape scopes of work, and act as a trusted right-hand to Partners on complex client situations. Within six months, the expectation is the individual can assume a Director-level mandate based on performance and demonstrated leadership.
