Roles/Responsibilities Manage and oversee IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to DB2, IMS DB, JCL, and Cobol. Implement best practices in IT service management to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain documentation for service management processes and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT services accordingly. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Cards & Payments domain. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline service management processes for improved efficiency. Conduct regular reviews of service performance and present findings to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team to achieve organizational goals. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and support. Canadian Pay Transparency Statement We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $71,100 112,000 per year . Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
