This role is the financial and operational backbone of King Ursa reporting directly to the CEO. The Finance & Operations Manager owns the truth behind the numbers. Cash, margins, utilization, profitability, and performance. Not in theory. In real time. You bring clarity where agencies usually run on vibes, spreadsheets, and crossed fingers. You sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and delivery. Translating complexity into foresight. Turning data into decisions. Protecting the business while enabling growth. This is a leadership role with real influence. You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure King Ursa is financially healthy, operationally tight, and built to scale. You will own the ERP system, the forecasts, the controls, and the cadence that allow creative and commercial ambition to coexist without chaos. CORE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Budgeting & financial modeling Overhead tracking & financial analysis Client, project, & agency profitability analysis Financial reporting for leadership & stakeholders P&L ownership & agency performance analysis MONTH-END, YEAR-END & COMPLIANCE Month-end close support & financial analysis Year-end coordination & liaison with external accountants Bank, credit card (AMEX), & WIP reconciliations Corporate finance coordination with accountants & tax advisors ERP, SYSTEMS & DATA OWNERSHIP Power user & operational owner of Advantage ERP Timesheet system oversight & enforcement (financial accuracy only) Project management system oversight (financial lens) Monitoring & managing finance-related inboxes & workflows PROJECT, CLIENT & REVENUE OPERATIONS Open jobs & project financial setup SOW financial assessment & validation Client billings & revenue recognition in ERP ACCOUNTS & CASH OPERATIONS Accounts payable - entries, approvals, & payment runs RESOURCE, UTILIZATION & FREELANCER MANAGEMENT Freelancer financials - contract terms, hours, & cost tracking LEADERSHIP & INTERNAL OPERATIONS Lead weekly finance & project financial status reporting Partner & management consultation on financial & operational matters Business insurance management Ad hoc finance & operational support (non-HR) #J-18808-Ljbffr
