Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience. Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in stock position. Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees. Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations. Previous experience in the food service industry (restaurant or retail). Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities. Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required. Excellent organization and communication skills. Food Handlers certificate is a plus.
