As the Systems Architect, you will play a crucial role in the technical evolution of our business. This is a dynamic technical role for a senior developer who can act as a bridge between strategy and the practical realities of our core architecture. Working in direct partnership with the Technology Team, you will be responsible for the integrity and the actual construction of our technical ecosystem. You will handle everything from prototyping foundational services to implementing complex integrations and refactoring critical infrastructure. This role is a technical cornerstone within a fastpaced environment, requiring an individual who possesses a sharp eye for detail and a passion for technical excellence. Key responsibilities Lead the blueprinting and technical design of our enterprise systems, ensuring a robust, secure, and highly scalable architectural framework. Bridge the gap between highlevel business strategy and technical execution, translating complex requirements into elegant, highperformance code. Maintain technical integrity by establishing best practices for system design, ensuring our infrastructure supports longterm growth and operational excellence. Modernization & AI Integration Drive the evolution of our technology stack, identifying and implementing cuttingedge tools and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge. Pioneer the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities to automate workflows, enhance decisionmaking, and unlock new efficiencies across the business. Act as a handson builder, prototyping and deploying modern solutions that replace legacy constraints with agile, futureproof technologies. Process Design & Innovative Development Reimagine business processes from the ground up, designing and implementing automated systems that streamline operations and eliminate friction. Lead innovative product development cycles, taking initiative from the initial concept and prototyping through to fullscale deployment and refinement. Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to problemsolving, anticipating organizational needs before they arise and building solutions that move with purpose and pace. Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Architect a sophisticated data ecosystem that serves as a single source of truth for the organization, enabling highstakes, datadriven decisionmaking. Design and implement advanced Power BI dashboards, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure data excellence by overseeing the integrity of our reporting infrastructure, ensuring all business intelligence is accurate, secure, and delivered with precision. What we believe our ideal candidate will possess Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in systems development and business process design. Proven ability to architect complex systems, including data flows, common interfaces, and API integrations. Expert knowledge of Microservices, Cloud Native environments, and Containerization. Proficiency in managing and querying both MSSQL and MongoDB. Solid understanding of scalable networking, load balancers, firewalls, and web standards. Handson experience with Power BI to design dashboards, model data, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
