Overview Our client, a well-established and successful Canadian asset-based trucking and transportation company providing FTL, LTL and warehousing services across Canada and the US, is looking to add a Director of Sales to lead their sales team nationally. Working out of the corporate office in Mississauga and reporting to ownership, the Director of Sales is responsible to develop and execute long- and short-term sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. The right candidate will have significant sales leadership experience in the trucking and transportation industry, coupled with strong strategic planning skills and well-developed negotiation skills. They will also demonstrate excellent people, communication and managerial skills, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
