Job Description The Outdoor Adventurers Junior Counsellor positions are full time (35 hours/week on average) commencing on or around June 22nd, 2026 and finishing on or around August 28th, 2026 . Roles and Responsibilities of the Outdoor Adventurers Junior Camp Counsellor The successful candidates will enthusiastically deliver the Outdoor Adventurers Day Camp program. Pending available time, resources, and programming, the successful candidates may also assist with projects or delivery of public programming that will take place at the Bluewater Outdoor Education Centre during their term of employment. This could include guiding activities for visiting university students, assisting guests at astronomy evenings, or helping to clear and mark new or overgrown trails on the property. This position may include some overnights, weekends, and evenings. Overtime will be accumulated over the course of the summer, and paid out at time x 1.5 after the end of the work term. Certifications and Qualifications: Successful candidates will have: reliable transportation to the Bluewater Outdoor Education Centre, experience in an outdoor setting, outdoor skills (additional certifications an asset) and knowledge of our local ecology, Need help with your resume, improving your interview skills or finding the right career?
