This role is more than executing: you are a creative collaborator, partner and trend leader who is always looking for the next great tool in production. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, and you know what it takes to successfully produce creative campaigns and assets on time and on budget. You instill confidence and trust with clients, internal teams and production partners. Your standards for creativity are high, and you show others the way. You champion the production process at all times to make us all better and stronger. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing many different hats, tackle problems with options, enjoy a good negotiation and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and find ways to get things done. You are highly accountable, take responsibility when necessary, and most of all, you have a natural curiosity and are genuinely excited by the work that we do. You are a maker and thrive on making the impossible possible. Core Responsibilities Work with the creative team as a third member of the creative team from conception through to completion. Manage all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production activities. Develop and manage comprehensive ballparks, estimates and schedules. Develop and maintain great relationships with production partners. Negotiate the best deal for our clients. Know the rules and the process like you wrote them yourself, and can confidently share that information with junior producers and other departments in the agency. Wrap up your jobs with accuracy and communicate closing within a timely fashion. Adherence to established best practices within the production department to ensure consistency and quality. Mitigate risk and unknowns within each production. Promote collaboration and approachability with the department. Liaise with account services, media contacts and/or clients to determine executional requirements. Attend/schedule briefings, status meetings, and facilitate clear/concise communication amongst the team. Comprehensive knowledge of union and talent rules including Actra, UDA, Non-Union, CFM, and music licensing. Keep ahead of industry trends and new technology, specifically AI. Able to quickly understand new technology concepts. Self-driven and take ownership of your work. Expert knowledge of production processes. Exemplary people skills (you know how to 'read the room' and manage to it). Confident to lead all client meetings that pertain to production and capable of helping the team sell through creative ideas. Strong understanding of current industry and an awareness of new trends. Staying up to date with the latest vendors and their capabilities. Unflappable, positive attitude, providing calm in every potential storm. Strong communication skills.
