And the best thing about working at Kawartha Dairy you get FREE ICE CREAM!!!What Youll Do:Manage a cost/time effective call cycle within a specific designated geographic areaPerform ongoing analysis of all customers sales performance and present business reviews to major accountsMaximize product availability within the existing client base by presenting and placing applicable products with all customers.Analyze competitive pricing architecture and activityCold calling and solicitation of new business opportunities on an ongoing basisCyclical planning and co-ordination of in-store features and promotional activities to achieve sales growthCommunicate promotional volume estimates, forecasts and all information pertinent to sales manager and other related departments such as customer service and distributionResponsible for the placement and maintenance of point of sale materialTimely submission of call visits, expense and other reports as requestedEvaluate customer viability and assist with collection of out-standing balancesProfessional approach to effective customer conflict resolutionAttendance and participation in trade shows and special eventsWhat You Need to Get the Job Done:Preference give to a University education with a focus on business/marketingMust have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers licenseMinimum of 1-3 years experience in the CPG industry calling on grocery, C-trade, foodservice and institutional accountsWork well alone and with our team and/or other business partner teams to effectively build the brand through events, promotions and unique marketing opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and a high comfort level for learning new technological platformsThe ideal candidate would reside between Etobicoke and North York.We thank all candidates for their interest in Kawartha Dairy Limited, however, only those selected for interview will be contacted.
