Cross-Trained Restaurant Team Member (Cook / Expo / FOH Cashier) Nights Experience Required | Evening & Night Shifts We''re looking for a strong, experienced team member who can confidently swing between Cook in the kitchen, Expo, and FOH Cashier in our fast-paced BBQ restaurant. Who You Are Experienced in a high-volume restaurant environment Comfortable working Cook 2, Expo, and Cashier roles Organized, calm under pressure, and quick on your feet Strong communicator with both BOH and FOH teams High standards for food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and sanitation Reliable for evening and night shifts What You''ll Do Execute Cook 2 station according to specs and standards Run Expo to ensure accuracy, timing, and quality Ring in guest orders, manage payments, and support FOH flow Communicate clearly between kitchen and service teams Maintain clean, organized workstations across roles Support service during peak hours and problem-solve on the fly Requirements Previous restaurant experience required Ability to multitask across FOH & BOH Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-first mindset with a positive attitude A great cover letter almost always guarantees an interview.
