Overview We are seeking a customer service-oriented, experienced and organized bar supervisor (manager) to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in handling the day to day operations of the bar and staff. you will supervise, train and schedule employees. Responsibilities Ensure bar space follows all licensing requirements and health and safety guidelines Create bartender and employee schedules Mix drinks, pour and serve wine, beer, and other beverages as needed Recruit, train, and supervise new bar staff Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and billing. Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
