Brown''s is seeking a detail-orientated and organized Heavy Equipment Salesperson for our Lloydminster location. Under the direction of the Team Leader, this role involves selling heavy-duty machinery and equipment to clients in construction, agriculture, mining, and other industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Duties and responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Promote and sell heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, and attachments. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively using quotation systems and templates. Estimate and quote pricing, freight, credits, contract terms, warranties, and delivery timelines. Utilize the Bobcat portal for leasing, sales, and order management. Understand and explain technical specifications, features, and benefits of equipment to clients. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Demonstrate equipment functionality and usage to potential buyers. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure post-sale satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure exceptional customer service and post-sale experience. Role Requirements: 2-5 years of successful sales or rental experience in construction, equipment, or related industries. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related discipline will be an asset. Valid driver''s license and clean driver''s abstract. Knowledge of the sales process and proven decision-making and negotiation skills A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a high level of customer focus Excellent presentation and communications skills.
