We''re looking for an experienced and safety-focused Log Loader Operator to join our team. In this role, you''ll be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and sorting logs while maintaining safe operations in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities: Operate log loader equipment to load and unload logs safely and efficiently Sort, stack, and organize logs according to size and grade Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety regulations and company procedures Communicate with truck drivers and yard personnel to ensure smooth operations Keep work area clean and organized Requirements: Previous experience operating a log loader or similar heavy equipment preferred Knowledge of logging operations and safety practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver''s license (CDL a plus, if applicable) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$35.55 per hour Work Location: In person
