Silent Rides is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exterior and Interior Charter Bus Washer / Detailer to join our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our motorcoach fleet and supporting general shop and yard upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Washing & Detailing Wash and clean the exterior of all company buses and vehicles. Perform interior detailing as required, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, washroom, and sanitizing. Inspect buses for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance concerns. Shop & Yard Support Assist with general shop cleaning and organization. Maintain yard cleanliness, including garbage removal, sweeping, and light groundskeeping. Support shop staff with tasks as directed. Operational Duties Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and equipment handling standards. Complete tasks efficiently while meeting company quality expectations. Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by management. Involves strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Class 5 Drivers License required. Class 2 with Air Brakes (Q endorsement) is an asset and may increase earning potential. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage of $17$20/hr based on experience and license class. Stable MondayWednesday 8am to 4:30pm schedule with occasional weekend shifts.
