Job Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across office, investment property, and property services roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver a positive candidate experience from initial sourcing through onboarding while supporting employer branding and recruitment operations. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment & Workforce Planning Support recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives across multiple departments and business units. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and role requirements. Lead high-volume recruitment efforts, managing numerous open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Sourcing & Employer Branding Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referral programs, and direct outreach. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. Build and maintain relationships within the property management and related professional communities. Support employer branding initiatives by developing content, attending job fairs, and representing the organization at recruitment events. Screening, Interviewing & Selection Review and screen applications and resumes for all open positions. Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions. Offer Management & Onboarding Support offer preparation, negotiations, and employment contract documentation. Complete reference checks, criminal record checks, and other required background verifications. Prepare and distribute new hire documentation and coordinate onboarding activities, including training and system access. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Post and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System and on external platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, and LinkedIn. Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and referral lists. Track recruitment activity and support reporting and process improvements. HR & Team Support Provide recruitment-related administrative support, including licensing tracking, permit, immigration status support, and participation in company events. Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and operational teams to support hiring and onboarding workflows. Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR projects, meetings, and training initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in a high volume full-cycle recruiting position covering a combination of hourly and salaried roles, or an equivalent combination of recruitment and administrative experience.
