Job Description : The Conversion Analyst is responsible for coordinating, executing, and governing all data conversion activities for the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This role ensures accurate, complete, and timely migration of legacy HR data into Oracle HCM while partnering closely with functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Skills: Experience defining data mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules Deep understanding of cutover and mock conversion strategies Experience with the data conversion lifecycle: extract, cleanse, transform, load, validate, and reconcile Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and data model Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking tools Strong facilitation skills for data workshops and validation sessions Strong analytical skills to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks Ability to translate technical data issues into business impacts Clear and concise status reporting, escalation, and executive communication
